- First copy the .doc document into textfixer.com and save the resulting file as html (in HTML Validator or in NoteTab Pro)
- Use HTML Tools >Pretty Print/Fix to get structure right
- Take out excess paragraph tags with Replace
- Fine-tune using other HTML programs for colours etc.
