Full fluid version of menu implemented

Final 'fixed' version:     F:\BackUpDriveH\MENU2\menu4.html

These require 2 large .jpg files as follows:
(i) For header banner: catbells_2_h.jpg (in #head)
(ii) For vertical LHS:  catbells_2_v.jpg (in #left)

Operation: header (banner)+footer+LHS+foot pinned in position by absolute references. Then the central panel can scroll as much as needed
